An opportunity to ride one of Britain’s classic tourist routes and experience the simmer dim. The demanding course is also excellent preparation for anyone considering longer distances this year. Bag drop to the sleep control.
Start at 6am from North Kessock, Nr Inverness with an option to reserve some floor space in the hall on Friday night. Cycle over the high point of the ride to Ullapool and then follow the North Coast 500 tourist route around the coast to John O’ Groats & Wick before heading south through remote and haunting Sutherland stopping at the isolated Crask Inn before the final leg back to North Kessock.
The final and most challenging (but rewarding) ride in the North of Scotland series (get the medal!).
